To apply for the Summer School on Persistent Somatic Symptoms 2019 we would like to ask you to write us a motivational letter. In this letter please explain who you are and why you are interested in persistent somatic symptoms and motivated to join the Summer School Persistent Physical Symptoms. You can e-mail your Curriculum Vitae and motivational letter to summerschoolpps@rug.nl.

Application procedure

• Deadline for sending your motivational letter and Curriculum Vitae: 1st of May 2019

• First week of May you will be notified of receiving your application.

• You will have until the 15th of May to confirm/accept your application.

Cancellation Policy 

• Participants who cancel more than 4 weeks before the start of the course are liable to pay 15% of the full course fee, unless the Summer School in question decides otherwise.

• Participants who cancel within 4 weeks before the start of the course are liable to pay the full course fee, unless the Summer School in question decides otherwise.

• Participants who withdraw during the course are liable to pay the full course fee, unless the Summer School in question decides otherwise.
